Reinforced Learning

The ultimate aim for all pupils, with the help of their parent / guardian, is to be guided through an individualised, customised curriculum, outside of the classroom.

This places greater emphasis on individualised learning, recognising that every pupil is different, with the parents acting as the facilitator(s), so that every child can be working on something different, be it a single subject or a cross curricular project.

Parents will be working together with their son / daughter, on a range of home-based activities, that will help pupils accelerate their learning in specific subjects or to help them prepare for the transition from primary school to secondary school.

In providing an individualised learning tool, similar to that of a one-to-one tutor, pupils are ultimately recommended (via our new system) their own guided learning activities, from the answers submitted by their parent(s).

This enables the parent working with each child, to learn their abilities, interests and any other information in increasing depth, by finding out what their strengths and weaknesses are on a continual basis and to develop a unique curriculum for each of them that is constantly being refined.

We want parents to feel that by undertaking weekend / evening enrichment activities with their son / daughter, it will provide a distinct advantage to them (not only as individuals, but also as a family), in the years ahead. One of the additional benefits for parents / guardian’s working with their son / daughter in bespoke learning activities outside of school time, is that the child’s mental health can be improved greatly: anxiety is reduced, confidence, self-esteem and empathy are increased.
