Connecting Classrooms
We are proud and enthusiastic about the way schools around the world are embracing our Emerging Industries learning programmes and teacher resources.
We like to make sure we are working in an empathetic way with you as a School or educational provider. Read through the list below and see if you are asking the same questions that we are thinking about. If so, we’re probably going to be good partners!
- What is our shared understanding of what progression looks like?
- How do we ensure appropriate progression for all children based on their learning on Vantage Education programmes?
- How do staff plan for sharing of knowledge, ideas and progression within levels and from one level to another?
- To what extent are we clear about children’s next steps in learning and the support needed to achieve them?
- How do we ensure our children are clear on their next steps in learning and how these can be achieved?
- Do we plan an appropriate range of learning opportunities to ensure the needs of all children are being met?
- How effective are we at incorporating commercial resources appropriately into our planning for progression in children’s learning?
If these are the type of questions you ask in your school, we will make a great professional partner for you!

This services enables teachers and students to focus on contextualized learning through practical and topical first hand experiences, become highly motivated by promoting a passion for learning, incorporating student voice and collaboration, nurture respect for themselves and promote high self-esteem values, so they can self-reflect critically to improve the quality of their work and master and apply new skills in Emerging Industries.
CASE STUDY: Colour and cognition workshops
Followed by: a primary school in Surrey, UK and Ligamba School in Tanzania and St Joseph’s school in Normandy, France.
Schools opted to run a series of workshops with a group of 14 – 17 year olds to explore Brain Development and Colour and Cognition. Throughout the programme, students worked independently and in groups, on subjects such as: Ethics, Character, Emotional Intelligence and Components of Intelligence. The group activities involved the exercises of: role play, ‘best types of learning’ assessments and observational exercises.
The workshops were designed and run by NeuroHeadway, who suggested that the schools may benefit from connecting together to share ideas and learning experiences.
This proved to be a successful collaboration and both schools were pleased by this partnership approach which was brought about by teachers and NeuroHeadway practitioners emailing each other throughout the 8 week duration of the workshop programme.
